It was a delight to see a Green Woodpecker in the garden this morning. I haven't seen one here for many months.

Nice pictures. I envy you having the woodpecker in the garden - I very occasionally hear one in the distance here, but have never seen one in the garden.
This blog is to provide me with a photographic record of each year - and I now hope to keep it going after a few false starts! Most days I'm out first thing with our remaining dog, so posting something quite frequently.
